Enrolling in the STAR Rewards Program

  • Enrollment and participation in the STAR Rewards Program are subject to all program rules, limitations, and conditions.
  • By enrolling, members agree to comply with all STAR Rewards Program rules and limits.

Earning Stars

  • Earn 1 Star for every $1 spent in a single transaction.
  • Stars are automatically added at the time of purchase.
  • Stars cannot be claimed or added after a completed transaction.
  • Stars cannot be given, shared, or transferred to another customer.

Star Tiers & Earning Multipliers⭐

As you earn more Stars, you unlock higher tiers with increased earning rates:

  • Basic Tier: $1 = 1 Star
  • Silver Tier (500 Stars): Earn 1.5× Stars
  • Gold Tier (1,500 Stars): Earn 2.0× Stars

Monthly Member Gift

  • Silver and Gold members receive a monthly gift (free item or benefit).
  • Monthly gifts may vary and are subject to availability.
  • Monthly gifts are non-transferable, no cash value, and valid once per month.

Redeeming Stars

  • Redeem 250 Stars to receive 20% off your entire purchase.
  • Discount is up to a maximum of $30.00 off per transaction.
  • Stars must be available in your account at the time of redemption.

Important Rules

  • Stars are not equivalent to cash and have no cash value.
  • Stars expire 18 months after the date they are earned.
  • Expired Stars cannot be reinstated.
  • Stars may be redeemed only at the RAMEN USA store in Arlington Heights.
  • Stars may be used only toward current menu selections and have no value outside of menu purchases.
  • The STAR Rewards Program and its rules may be updated or changed periodically without prior notice.
